These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bagee platform and all services connected to it. By browsing the bagee website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform. bagee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use bagee's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a real individual and register under your own name.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of anyone else.
• The information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or household, bagee reserves the right to suspend or cancel all such accounts, and any bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, contact us immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for any third-party activity that occurs on your account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bagee currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Typical withdrawal time: Within 1 hour of request approval

3.3 Account Verification

Before a withdrawal, your identity and payment method may need to be verified. bagee may request documentation or additional information as part of its anti-money laundering and security policies.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bagee offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• bagee reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any fraudulent or irregular betting pattern is detected.
• Requesting a withdrawal before bonus requirements are met may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Each promotion may have its own terms — visit the relevant promotion page for details.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or any other reward.

bagee runs a loyalty program divided into four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. Cashback amounts and availability are at bagee's discretion and may change at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or cancellation:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Tampering with or attempting to hack the platform's software.
• Registering or transacting using another user's identity.
• Any activity that damages bagee's reputation.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.

If such activities are proven, bagee may cancel the account, forfeit bonuses and winnings, and take legal action.

7.1 Betting Terms

All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, bagee reserves the right to void those bets.

7.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be reconsidered. If a technical issue occurs during a live event, bagee will settle bets in accordance with its own policy.

7.3 Reliability of Game Results

The game software used on bagee is independently tested and operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are entirely random and not predetermined.

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by bagee

bagee may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Registration using incorrect or false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Security or technical reasons

bagee strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection
• Account credentials being compromised due to your own negligence
• Technical issues caused by third parties
• Disruption during unexpected system maintenance

bagee is not liable for financial losses from gaming. Gaming is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence.
